In first paragraph its talks about a Chinese guy who is sitting in front of the computer and playing online game with his friends. His name is li he spends most of time playing video games and get coins in the game that dont even matter in real life. The game is called World of Warcraft. a lot of people on planet play that game almost one in every thousands that's a lot of people playing that game. but when you look at it, its not just a game li and his friends that are also is co workers. they get payed for this. "For every 100 gold coins he gathers, Li makes 10 yuan, or about $1.25, earning an effective wage of 30 cents an hour, more or less." that what is stated in the article. how the boss makes money is to sell those coins to others customers. The people who play the same game in US gets those coins for more money. The funny part is that those business that are running its not ruined by the company who made the games. Its side people who are doing that business, and making money. This is most growing business in china a lot of people are doing or working for this type of companies. This business is not just in china its all over Asia. in article it shows more games in others countries "World of Warcraft, it is the generic gold coin; in Korea’s popular Lineage II, it is the “adena”; in the Japanese hit Final Fantasy XI," Its is form of income a lot of people are doing this and making their money out of this. In some way its creating jobs for china and other countries. But the people who are buying these coins they are giving their real money and wasting time just to sit on the computer and waste that money that they earned. its good for china but its bad for other countries.
